Terms and Conditions

1. Nature of Services

Ezvisa And Immigration Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) exclusively provides documentation assistance for the following visa categories:

• Permanent Residency Visas
• Tourist Visas
• Business Visas
• Visit Visas

The Company does not offer job placement services, guarantee employment, or act as a recruiting agent for any employer.

2. No Employment or Work Visa Facilitation

The Company does not facilitate or assist in obtaining work visas or any visa that involves direct employment arrangements.

The Company does not have any tie-ups, affiliations, or partnerships with employers or recruitment agencies in India or abroad.

3. Documentation and Advisory Services Only

The services provided are limited to advising clients on immigration and visa documentation requirements, form filling, and process guidance.

The Company is not involved in decision-making or approval processes, as these are the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant consulate, embassy, or immigration authority.

4. No Guarantees or Commitments

The Company does not provide any guarantees, warranties, or assurances regarding:

• Approval of visa applications
• Timeframes for processing by embassies or immigration authorities
• Immigration outcomes

5. Compliance with Legal Framework

The Company operates in strict compliance with the laws and regulations of the Government of India, including the Emigration Act, 1983.

As per Indian law, the Company does not charge clients for services beyond the permissible limits or for unauthorized activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be held liable for:

• Rejections, delays, or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete documentation submitted by clients
• Any misunderstanding by clients regarding the scope of services offered
• Losses or damages arising from external factors beyond the Company’s control, including embassy decisions

7. Client Acknowledgment

By using the Company’s services, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

• The Company is a documentation and advisory service provider only
• The client has understood the scope and limitations of the services offered
• The client will not hold the Company liable for services outside the scope explicitly mentioned in this agreement

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising between the client and the Company shall be resolved amicably through negotiation.

If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and conducted in Kochi.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ernakulam.
